Here are some practical tools and tips to help you overcome that particular obstacle. What is will power? Understand how your nutrition plan works with your will power. Can these foods that are not necessarily desirable fit into your nutrition plan? If they can fit into your macros, I don't see why you can't eat them. The solution to them is one and all the same. It all comes down to the idea of trusting our body and understanding what it wants and needs. This doesn't usually happen in fitness. Fitness and fat loss usually come in a box or in the shape of a meal plan. But meal plans don't allow us to trust our body. That is why I lean towards the macronutrient approach which helps us understand what our body needs on scientific level, which emotions we are actually craving and which ones we are trying to numb or hide. Binge eating happens when there is a negative emotion that is not being felt and acknowledged. Your body and mind doesn't want to feel the negative emotion, and it will do everything to keep us safe.
