Hello sisters and welcome back to the Sexyfit Podcast! I asked in the community what topics you would like me to cover on the podcast. The one question that stood out to me was what to do about coworkers who are brining unhealthy food to the office. Either the smell of that food triggers a craving, or we go out to eat on the lunch break with our nutrition plan in head, but get overtaken by the moment. Here are some practical tools and tips to help you overcome that particular obstacle. What is will power? Understand how your nutrition plan works with your will power. Can these foods that are not necessarily desirable fit into your nutrition plan? If they can fit into your macros, I don't see why you can't eat them.
