  • 047 - Chris Robson - How to break through plateaus

    24/06/2016 Duração: 18min

After a two week break in Ibiza and Marbella I'm back with a solo round to help you get past your sticking points and break through any plateaus that might be frustrating you. It's very easy to get frustrated when things are taking a little longer than expected to get going but it's what you do in these times of frustration that matters most. Do you keep going? Banging your head against a wall until the answer eventually appears? Or do you take time out? To reassess, recharge, and refocus your energy? To be honest, there's no right or wrong answer, but after I hit a little plateau of my own a couple of weeks back I thought I'd get back behind the mic and give you some simple tips and tricks that helped me push on through and make some massive strides in progress. Let me know what you thought and as always, if there's anyone you know you feel might benefit then I'd love it if you shared this episode with them. Cheers. Chris.

  • 046 - Keith Dube - Live life unfiltered

    09/06/2016 Duração: 35min

This week I'm joined by a returning guest, Keith Dube aka Mr Exposed to drop knowledge on authenticity, creativity, and how to get things done your way. Controversial, charismatic, one hundred percent real, Keith is a raconteur and radio show host that's known for having an opinion. He came on the podcast at the tail end of last year and to this date it remains my most listened to episode. Since we last spoke he's been mad busy and as he goes into in todays's episode, it's all down to the power of authenticity. His much anticipated 'kind of like a self help' book release has been stalled (which he goes into in this episode) but he continues to push out his original, amusing content via social media, his new radio show, the 'three shots of tequila' podcast and now even documentaries. It was an pleasure to have him back on the show and if you enjoyed the last interview then you'll absolutely love this one. Listen in as we get into: - The importance of creativity and just how Keith makes it happen - How to embra

  • 045 - Kevin and Devona Stimpson - Real world entrepreneurship

    03/06/2016 Duração: 35min

This week I'm joined by US entrepreneurs and branding experts Kevin and Devona Stimpson to discuss real-world entrepreneurship and how to truly live a life by design. Whether you're looking to launch your own business, get some passion back into what you're doing, or learn some awesome tips and tricks to fit the good stuff back into your hectic schedule, this is the episode for you. I first met Kevin and Devona whilst out at the Thrive conference in Las Vegas last October and you know when a couples energy just walks in and lights up the room? Yeah, pretty much that. They've been on a whirlwind ride of life and entrepreneurship for the past three years and now their boutique branding agency, Strive N Grind is doing BIG bits out in the States. I had to reach out and bring them both on to give their honest take on the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and why even though it might not be for everybody, the freedom and passion it could bring to your lifestyle certainly makes it an avenue worth exploring. Inspira

  • 044 - Virgil 'Ibiza Inside' Brewster - How to turn your passion into a successful business in the place of your dreams

    27/05/2016 Duração: 32min

This week I'm joined by Virgil Brewster of Ibiza Inside to talk about turning your passion into a business, successfully relocating to the place of your dreams and of course one of my favourite topics and places in the entire world - Ibiza! Some of you listening in may be experiencing itchy feet. You might be feeling a little restless in your current situation. Maybe you're dreaming of moving to a new, dream-like location and successfully setting up a business based around your true passions. Truth be told, that's exactly how I've been feeling over the last couple of months and I think it's finally to do something about it. Not that there's anything wrong with my life in London, I just feel it might be time for a new experience and a new adventure and what better place than Ibiza!? After a quick hashtag search on Twitter for 'Ibiza' and 'entrepreneurs', I stumbled across the incredible website and community that is ibizainside.com. Virgil and his partner Marisa set this passion project up a few years back to

  • 043 - Stephen Doran - Burn the bullshit and live daily

This week I'm joined by serial entrepreneur, performance coach, TV personality and lover of life Stephen Doran to talk mindset, motivation, real-world self development and burning the bullshit so that you can live daily. Hands down, this is honestly one of my favourite interviews so far and not just because it didn't need any editing. Whether you're looking to improve your mindset, upgrade your health and fitness, take your business to the next level or just work on bringing your best self to the table every single day, this is the episode for you. From humble beginnings to Ferrari's and yachts, it's fair to say Stephen's achieved a lot. Oi, that even rhymes, but all jokes aside, this isn't just another flash instagram 'entrepreneur' telling you to "hustle 24/7" and "live your passions", Stephan's ethos of "Live Daily" is rooted in integrity. Honest. Inspiring. Unapologetic. This interview was a lot of fun. Listen in as Stephen and I get into: - Why you have to go through shit to get the good stuff out of lif

If you're struggling with stress, and finding it hard to be in the 'now', this is the episode for you. Isn't it funny how the universe works? If you had told me five years ago I'd be sitting here deep in conversation with today's guest I would've laughed in your face. That's not to discredit him. Relocating to the hills of Derbyshire, Azim reconnected with nature and after studying many different holistic modalities, he now helps others who might find themselves in a similar positio

  • 033 - Chris Robson - Make movement part of your lifestyle

    11/03/2016 Duração: 33min

Back on a solo tip this week. Lucky I've got a great voice.  For all the fantastic guests I've had on from the world of fitness, such as Sharif Lawton, Grenade Jay, Lee Constantinou, and Dan Roberts, not once have we actually talked about the real benefits of exercise. We've discussed mindset, motivation, business, and goal setting, but during none of those interviews did we ever cover basic exercise fundamentals.  Crazy, right? I know lots of you listening to this will incorporate some form of exercise into your lifestyle as standard, but some of you guys might be struggling to make it a priority. You might say you're too busy, not have any idea what to do to achieve your goals, dislike the gym, suffer with boredom, or just not understand the different benefits regular exercise will bring to your lifestyle. Sure, we all know it keeps you 'healthy', but there's much more to it than that. Want to look better? Feel better? Perform better? Get happier? De-stress? Improve your relationships? Have b

I first heard about Mark via Grenade Jay’s ‘Mindset with Muscle’ podcast and his approach to the world of personal development is spot on. If it’s good enough for the Neville’s, it’s good enough for me! Deep content. Good vibes. Good bloke. Listen in as Daniel and I get into: - How to
