Back on a solo tip this week. Lucky I've got a great voice.  For all the fantastic guests I've had on from the world of fitness, such as Sharif Lawton, Grenade Jay, Lee Constantinou, and Dan Roberts, not once have we actually talked about the real benefits of exercise. We've discussed mindset, motivation, business, and goal setting, but during none of those interviews did we ever cover basic exercise fundamentals.  Crazy, right? I know lots of you listening to this will incorporate some form of exercise into your lifestyle as standard, but some of you guys might be struggling to make it a priority. You might say you're too busy, not have any idea what to do to achieve your goals, dislike the gym, suffer with boredom, or just not understand the different benefits regular exercise will bring to your lifestyle. Sure, we all know it keeps you 'healthy', but there's much more to it than that. Want to look better? Feel better? Perform better? Get happier? De-stress? Improve your relationships? Have b
