However, most people are directed to 6 minute abs and magic pills that don't get the desired six-pack. In Episode #10 of The Become a Beast Podcast, I share how I got a six-pack and lost the belly fat. It's definitely not how you probably think nor want to hear. My results are proof of it. I focused 70% of my efforts on dietary focus and eventually got a six-pack. No, it didn't happen overnight and it took a lot of effort, but it happened and you can too.
