    This weeks' episode is about self talk.  I used to talk myself down so much it almost made it impossible for me to succeed.  When someone is always telling you how pathetic you are success is harder to believe in. Learning to undo some of that negative thinking has been pivotal in creating the life I want. I'm still learning. I'm still UN-learning, but over time, I have gotten a lot better and the difference is clear to see.  I would sabotage anything good because I didn't believe I deserved it.
