A brutally honest look into my struggles with depression over the last couple of days. What scares me about it, what keeps me going when in a rut, and what some of my personal remedies are.  This podcast isn't glamorous. It would have been cleaner if I had recorded a pro episode, or put together an outtakes episode, but I don't believe in that.
