On this episode, Laura talks about Connie's journey to Ice Cream School at Penn State University.  They finally buy the farm that will eventually become The Golden Yoke Farm.  A failed Kickstarter leads them to determine how their dreams are going to become reality.  And three years later, The Golden Yoke creamery is open for business in St. Ignatius, Montana. In Episode 2, Laura talks about the start of their Montana living.  Going back to school for her Masters degree while Connie starts working across the state, the duo finally get their farm land while dealing with Montana dairy policy.  Laura talks about getting a Fulbright scholarship that will send her to New Zealand to study that countries dairy policies while their first cows are about to give birth.
