In Episode 2, Laura talks about the start of their Montana living.  Going back to school for her Masters degree while Connie starts working across the state, the duo finally get their farm land while dealing with Montana dairy policy.  Laura talks about getting a Fulbright scholarship that will send her to New Zealand to study that countries dairy policies while their first cows are about to give birth.
