Teaching while black. Why is it important for black children to have black teachers working in the classroom and in the administration office. How can non-black educators learn from black educators so that they can teach black children more effectively? What does it mean when teachers say, Teaching While Black. We will talk about the book and the documentary, about Teaching While Black. And we will answer the question, is the public system failing black students and is it truly designed to educate black student?

Actors from various hit web series share their stories of success and why being an actor is their calling. They will also discuss why web series is important for the growth of black cinema and how it gives content creators a voice that is not controlled by major corporations. Lastly, the actors will share advice and tips for aspiring actors and content creators.

This broadcast is about homelessness, affordable housing, and mental health issues as it relates to homelessness. Our panel will share their personal experiences with being homeless, as well as how they are battling these issues and helping communities overcome homelessness and lack of affordable housing. Gentrification is also a factor in homelessness, and we will discuss how the effects of gentrification are having on our communities. 

Our panelist share advice for Black Men about family, business, health, education, spirituality, and more. Our panelist will speak about their life experiences with being raised by black men, working with black men, dating black men, being in business with black men and more. The objective of this broadcast is to help usher in a standard and code of conduct to help establish better relationships and communities which will be led by Black Men. 

In today's climate of being politically correct, the gender wars, and the women's movement, many people are feeling pressured to choose sides. Yet the issues and events that we are all currently having to deal with and that are playing out in the media are more complex than we want to admit. But there seems to be a consistent narrative being pushed by the media which is that Black Men while making up a small percent of the American population, seems to be the face of many of the issues. My question is, are Black Men being purposely persecuted by the Media? 

Should Black women have a women's rights movement that is separate from White women? Are both groups of women speaking as one group or are there differences in the needs and wants that make it necessary for Black women to have a separate movement. If White women's issues are with White men, then where does the Black man stand on the issues of women's rights when it involves equal pay and legislation. 

This broadcast features a panel of women who will share their wisdom with and give advice to young black girls. We will discuss education, health, finances, family, and more. Our panel consists of women who are moms and who work in the fields of nutrition and health, finance and banking, the tech industry and education, beauty and self-help, and criminal justice reform and community advocacy.  Young black girls are the future mothers and leaders of the next generation and having them prepared for the future and showing them that they are loved and valued will go a long way towards growing a society that is just and respected.

This broadcast features a panel consisting of Directors, Writers, Producers and Actors who make up part of the Black Diaspora of independent filmmakers. We will discuss the future of Black Cinema regarding films that are produced, writing, directed by Black people and which feature a predominately black cast and crew. We will discuss the success of films like Moonlight, Get Out, Mudbound and Black Panther. We will also talk about the Oscar Awards, film financing, the effects that streaming services are having on TV show productions and more.

Our panel of educators will discuss some classroom strategies as it relates to our black children, regarding class work, homework, discipline, dealing with parents, other teachers, and the educational bureaucracy. What are some changes that are necessary to make for a better learning environment? How can parents and the community help contribute to making the necessary changes happen? What should our children be involved in once the school day is over? During the weekend, what should parents and children do to help our children master their education? These are just some of the questions and topics that we will discuss.

Educators, childcare providers, and parents discuss the importance of having black and Afrocentric based schools where our children can learn about who they are, where they are coming from, and how they can use their education/training to become intelligent people, responsible citizens, financially successful and leaders within their communities. We will also discuss the school to prison pipeline, homeschooling, private schools, special education, black teachers in the classroom and more.

We will talk about why radio and video podcasts are the preferred media for our community. We will offer tips on how to set up a podcast and which equipment we all use when we are posting. Women in the music industry panel is about being an independent music artist in an industry that is dominated by men. The panel will consist of female music artists who are seasoned veterans and newcomers to the music industry. They will discuss their experiences as independent artists, being a woman and the role of women in the music industry, financing their careers, being independent versus signing to a label, the use of social media to promote their brand, and more. We will also play music from each of the panelists and discuss their future moves as they navigate through this tough and harsh music industry.

This panel discussion features black female business owners and their journey to becoming successful entrepreneurs.

On this broadcast we chat with independent authors and storytellers about their novels, why they became writers and the business of the publishing industry. We will also discuss the relationship between how each author depicts the black characters in their work versus the usual stereotyping and the way that black people are traditionally portrayed in the entertainment industry, including novels. We will also advise current and future storytellers about being an independent author and the art of writing. 

Today our panel will discuss why it is important for black people to own media and film production companies. We will discuss why we need to create and tell stories that are important to black people and we will also talk about why it is important for the characters in our films need to look like us. We will talk about the financial and manpower that it takes to put together a great production and why each film creator decided to enter into the world of filmmaking. 

This panel discussion is about the role of the Black Community and its use, promotion, training, and education with technology and the future of the business of technology. The Black Community is very far behind other communities when it come to access to the internet, wifi, computers in the household, computer access and high speed access to the internet in our schools. We also lag behind in new tech business and income earned from jobs that we work in the tech industry. This needs to change and our panelist will share some ideas as to how we can make a change for the better.  

Our expert panelists will discuss the many strategies that each of us can use to start a successful business and become profitable entrepreneurs. Our panelist will offer valuable tips and advice that will help us fix our bad debt so that we can begin to save money for future investments. We will discuss debt and how having bad credit can affect our chances are receiving loans and grants that can grow our businesses. And we will talk about social media promotion and how social media can also help to grow our businesses.

Our panel discussion is about diet, exercise and taking a mind-body-soul approach to health. We will discuss healthy eating habits along with different types of diets. We will talk about using plants and herbs as a source of healing, versus taking pills prescribed by your doctor. We will discuss water (acid vs alkaline), and the effects it has on our body. We will discuss the state of food in America and why it is the way it is. And we will discuss exercising and if it is best to use weights, only calisthenics, or both.

Our panel will discuss the current laws and issues that man have to deal with regarding their rights as fathers and trying to raise their children. We will discuss the various programs and organizations that exist to help the man with dealing with the court systems, their child's mother, and their children.  We will speak with a school educator who will talk about the effects of not having a dad in the home, and how the children in our school feel about not having a dad in the home.
