For this broadcast, our panel will feature women who are involved in a cause and/or giving back to our community. The women on our panel are educators, college professors, business owners, authors, public speakers and much more. Some of the topics will be about housing, job, and employment discrimination, self-esteem, circumcision, natural hair/beauty, supporting black owned business, home ownership, and much more. Our panelists are women who mentor the youth, are active in their communities, and/or who work with young people providing career path training opportunities. The women will discuss their journey to success and provide advice for those who are interested in following a similar path. For this broadcast, our panel will consist of moms who are running their own businesses and who are maintaining a household. These women are successful business owners who also mentor the youth, are active in their communities, and/or who work with young people providing career path training opportunities. This broadcast is about people who have been incarcerated and are now living a productive life, as well as giving back to their community. We will discuss what their organizations do to prevent men and women from making a decision that may lead to being incarcerated and what programs their organizations offers to men and women who have just come home from prison. We will also discuss the many reasons why America has imprisoned so many of its citizens and what we can do to decrease the prison population. Other issues that will be discussed are the lack of fathers in the home, the school to prison pipeline, community policing, the raising rates of women who are being incarcerated, and more.

On today's episode, our expert panelists will discuss the many strategies that each of us can use to build wealth for ourselves, our families and in our communities. Each panelist will offer valuable tips and advice that will help us fix our bad debt so that we can begin to save money for future investments. We will also discussion starting a business and what is required for our businesses to remain successful once we create them. We will talk about buying land and owning a home, and the type of programs that are available for first time home owners. We will discuss why it is important for black people to support black businesses and to bank at black-owned banks. And lastly we will discuss individual fiscal responsibilities and accountable regarding how we spend and invest our money. 

According to the CDC, in 2014, a total of 249,078 babies were born to women aged 15–19 years, for a birth rate of 24.2 per 1,000 women in this age group. Becoming a parent during your teen years can be a freighting experience for young girls and boys. Our panel will discuss the many issues of teen pregnancy and what type of support systems are available to teens who have become parents. Some of our panelists will share their experience of becoming a teen parent, and they will discuss how they overcame the odds and are now living a successful life. The purpose of this broadcast is to inform and educate the public about teen pregnancy, motherhood, fatherhood, birth control, family support systems, community support systems, the statistics, and more.

Our panel of men will discuss the president's policies toward black men, families, politics, the economy, community policing, housing, employment, entrepreneurship, discrimination, racism, and opportunities. The panel will also discuss the role of the black man within the family structure and the community. We will discuss solutions to the many issues that the black men deals with on a daily basis while living in America and how to overcome them and be successful.
