Q: What Do John & Yoko, Caroline Myss, Ron Roth, Joseph Pierce Farrell & Michael Feinstein All Have in Common?   A: Author Peter Occhiogrosso  (Note...when clicking on podcast icon, allow a minute for download!)   A few months ago I mentioned a new book about an extraordinary healer I was hearing of for the first time. Manifesting Michelangelo, by Joseph Pierce Farrell with Peter Occhiogrosso is the story of a modern healer who can actually sculpt bone and tissue through his sacred intention.   When I read the story, I knew I had to interview its co-author, Peter Occhiogrosso.   Peter first came to my awareness almost a decade ago because of his work with my teacher, Ron Roth, with whom he co-authored five books.   Peter has also co-written two of Caroline Myss's best-sellers: Why People Don't Heal and Sacred Contracts as well as her recent book Defy Gravity. He went on to collaborate on both her Healing Cards and Archetype Cards for her Sacred Contracts box

In Part Two of this interview, Rev. One August evening in 2010, Rev. Jan told Nettie she wanted to interview her for the podcast. (Having spent the early part of her career as a Kansas City radio DJ, running this sort of gig came easily to Jan) Her insightful questions brought an opportunity to bring clarity to some of the purposes of this ministry. Josie Ravenwing was one of the very first guides to John of God when Abadiania, the town in Brazil where he resides, was still not even on the maps. Back before the word “shaman” entered the popular American lexicon, Josie was living with the Navajo, who had recognized and validated her abilities, and with whom she resided for five years. Her medicine path eventually led her to Brazil, after she heard about the miracles connected to the man known as John of God. One of the most amazing true stories in recent years from the Casa: the woman who, after a total hysterectomy due to cancer, gave birth naturally to a healthy baby girl by the grace of God through the healing Entities of the Casa. Yes. We go on to discuss some of the great mysteries of healing: when people don’t receive physical cures, and when people pass on. After this podcast was originally aired, this story appeared in Oprah magazine in the article on John of God. I was staggered and thrilled that they would print it. The story is real, and the baby is today a healthy and beautiful adolescent. In the second segment, Diana discusses how her spiritual surgeries and those to help her partner Bob’s blindness  launched their life as Casa guides. She also shares a story of a woman quickly and miraculously healed of advanced MS at the Casa. The surgeries, at the Casa are largely spiritual interventions that are invisible. Some are known to have left visible evidence such as internal stitches visible on x-rays. John of God has been known as the “healer with the kitchen knife” due to the actual physical surgeries he sometimes performs. The Spirit entities who perform the operations through Medium Joao (John of God) say that the main purpose for the physical surgeries is to increase people’s faith. It is important to keep in perspective that the vast majority of the surgeries are performed at the invisible level. Bob Bearden is a healer and mystical being, as well as a light spirit all around! Bob and I met in Ron Roth’s Celebrating Life community some years ago, and have twice been at the Casa to visit John of God at the same time. Bob holds a nursing degree and a position of large responsibility at a California hospital system. He has studied with many spiritual and healing masters and has taken all the work to heart and integrated it, which is what makes him so great to be around.
