As we become increasingly connected to information and to each other, we are more often in response mode and feeling less and less in control and confident about how we are spending our time. It’s harder to focus, prioritize and feel a sense of balance. Mindfulness offers a framework and some pathways to regaining our sense of self and making sure that we have the capacity to act and react in the ways that reflect the kind of people and leaders we want to be. Like it or not, we are all at the mercy of our thoughts and feelings, so spending some time taking a look at what those thoughts and feelings are is well worth our while.

Helping to launch the careers of future millennial leaders. There is significant discussion about millennials and their ability to transition into the working world. During the past years I have worked with hundreds if not thousands of “millennials” and have found them to be among the most passionate and hard working professionals I have worked with over my career.
