Transformational Energy Leadership

Helping to launch the careers of future millennial leaders. There is significant discussion about millennials and their ability to transition into the working world. During the past years I have worked with hundreds if not thousands of “millennials” and have found them to be among the most passionate and hard working professionals I have worked with over my career. As we all were, they are a product of the environment they were brought up in. To help them grow into future leaders we need to understand the implications of that environment and leverage its strengths to help them succeed. In summary I have found these future leaders, passionate about purpose with a huge interest in learning.
