The outgoing Drow houses give the players a warm welcome. They offer them fine food, entertainment and un-restricted access to their fancy jungle booze. When the party finally decides to retire though, some of the party members find their lavish guest rooms include a type of room service they definitely were not expecting or wanting. Many of the events were inspired by the twitch chat room for this episode. Thanks so much to everyone who joined us.

The party somewhat unwillingly makes a deal with the drow and follows them to another family’s abode. Leila is given part-payment upfront for her new job. Ash competes with Drow over dance and musical ability, Cor is treated with much suspicion, and Ser Selwyn is finally able to start drinking again.

The party wakes up to find themselves surrounded by Drow who offer them a very agreeable deal. Leila enjoys the privilege of her gender, Cor knows it is only a matter of time before his secret is discovered, Ash can’t help taunting the person pointing a crossbow at him and Ser Selwyn struggles to make firm decisions…

Our second recap episode. The players returned to the town of Shinrin but set off again only a couple of days later. They navigate a swamp, meet some strange and bizarre people and end up finding more wealth then they’ve ever seen. But they still haven’t completed their mission of finding the missing people. The party learns the ways of the jungle are ruthless, relentless, wild and varied.

After gathering up the dragon’s hoard the party descends out of the kobold’s den back to the river below. They then proceed to discuss what their next move will be; to head back to Shinrin, or to continue searching for the missing people. But as the current sweeps the group deeper into the jungle, the companions are met with familiar sights and a familiar group… This is the finale of Chapter 2, but we’ll be back in a couple of weeks with the premiere of Chapter 3!

As the party gets closer to Ser Selwyn’s pack, they come across the unfathomable, a gigantic great dragon guarding his hoard of treasure, and Ser Selwyn’s belongings are part of it. Also, Ash has a vision and starts hearing a familiar voice in the ethereal glade.

The party continues searching through the bowels of the kobold den as they come across more enemies and surprisingly, a few more furry friends. Leila DawnEyes finds a utility belt, Ser Selwyn Cooper holds his crowbar of enlightenment high, Ash lets his fire loose once more, and Cor & Stephanos try to upgrade the party’s current cooking supplies.

The search for Ser Selwyn’s backpack begins as the party treks through jungle, water, rock, and bat guano. Meanwhile, Stephanos & Cor both try eating the talking tree’s mushrooms and begin to drastically change.

A battle ensues as the party wakes up to find the camp being raided by flying kobolds. Ser Selwyn gets something stolen, Leila encounters a new creature, Ash comes across a dead body, and Cor fights familiar foes.

With the orc problem taken care of… for now at least… the companions stock up on food & water and continue on their journey. When night hits however, things get interesting as people decide to share tents. What happens in the jungle… stays in the jungle.

The party continues to recover from their previous battle as Ser Selwyn & Cor both try different methods to question the orc chieftain’s son. The lines between good and bad decisions are greyed as the relationship of two cultures hangs in the balance.

The tension rages on, and not just against the Blackhearts, but as conflict rages within the party once more. The party, and the campaign, will never be the same again.

Things get heated as the companions attempt to continue their rescue mission and take on the pursuing Blackheart tribe. Also, how many ways can you kill someone with an arrow?

Cor wrestles the prince of Orcs and cheats! Leila is tied up while Ash and Ser Selwyn come up with wild plan after wild plan to try and get their friends out of danger. The Blackhearts may be stupid but they make up for it with ferocity.

The party scouts out the Orc camp. Cor makes plans of his own, Leila tries to lure away danger, Ser Selwyn stresses about what to do and Ash is just desperate for a long-rest. A special inspiration die is given out to a player thanks to support on Patreon.

Ask a tree which way to go? Trust your party member? Ask the gods! The party is getting anxious to rescue their lost friends and can’t decide which way to go. Eventually stumbling into the jungle to search. Cor drops the boat, Ser Selwyn gets a new nickname, Ash goes nuts and Leila tracks what she hopes is a clue and not certain doom.

The party monkeys around in a tree doing some weed control. They experience the jungle equivalent of a spa trip while Cor goes for a swim in the river. For dinner they try some delicious foods and even convince Ser Selwyn to sample some of the Jungle forage.

The party gazes inward and gets a bit spiritual. Ser Selwyn gives relationship advice, Ash loses something very precious, Leila takes up yoga, and Cor actually heals someone else for once. They travel through the swamp, and find a great spot to camp. But the tree next to the camp surprises them asking for help.

The party travels through the swamp and totally doesn’t get lost. Cor is acting cold, Ser Selwyn gets a free trial of a cosmetic, Ash learns to adventure more cautiously and Leila learns (slightly) more about her purpose and destiny.

Ser Selwyn asks Leila awkward questions while the party’s new addition settles in. Paddling down the river, minding their own business, dramas ensue and tragedy strikes. The party learns the price of staying together.
