20/20 Meditate for Peace is an internal movement. It is born out of the understanding that we cannot cast out darkness with darkness. The only sane response to fear-driven thinking is rooted in love, forgiveness, and compassion. Through meditation, we raise our vibrations, improve the quality of our lives, and find peace. Internally and in the world. Join us, and commit to meditating for 20 consecutive days, in the spirit of love, compassion, and harmony. Share this with your loved ones who too wish to be a light in the dark.Let's sit in meditation, and heal our planet, together!

But in today's meditation, we take the time to feel it and be grateful for it. “Abundance through Gratitude” is a 10-day guided meditation course that takes us on a journey into love, acceptance, and unlocking hidden possibilities. We begin with an 11-minute meditation on day 1, and add one minute per day, until we are meditating for 20 minutes on day 10. With each sitting, we delve deeper into gratitude, as we examine every facet of our lives for those special moments and things that inspire to say "Thank you." The course concludes with a powerful meditation on day 20, that takes us deep into love for ourselves, and allows us to shed layers of doubt and fear, unlocking our capacity to attract abundance. Day 14: Fourteen Minutes of Meditation
23/09/2016 Duração: 16minDay 14 of the Course: We continue moving deeper into forgiveness. We learn that forgiveness is an act of Self-interest. We forgive not because the other person or situation is okay. We forgive to release their negativity. Negative actions are a result of low vibrations. In order to move deeper into our peace, we need to release any low vibrations we're carrying. We do an exercise on releasing and rising, as you are sitting in meditation.
