Worship Ministry Catalyst Podcast – Episode 0028 – Time management and Rehearsal Preparation
11/03/2009 Duração: 38minIn this week’s episode, David & Kevin talk about Time management and particularly how it relates to being prepared for rehearsals and other events. We talk about some of the struggles in getting prepared and some of the things we can do to be more prepared. This is a very important issue, one that can really add to or take away from our volunteers experience. If we’re prepared, we really set the stage for them to feel like they are succeeding and we also set them up for success. If we aren’t prepared, we’re communicating that it’s not all that important to come to rehearsal prepared, and we’re requiring more of them for all of us to be able to succeed. This is a topic we’ll definitely becoming back to in the future, we’ve only scratched the surface in this episode. Worship Ministry Catalyst Podcast – Episode 0016 – The Church Choir
27/10/2008 Duração: 37minIn this week’s episode, David & Kevin talk about Church Choirs. We’ve both been doing a lot of thinking about church choirs, and are trying to determine whether they are relevant for our churches and our communities. It’s a touchy topic because choir has long been an establishment in many churches, and it often involves a lot of people. But, as we talk about on the podcast, we don’t want to do it just to keep that group of people happy, we want to do it because it’s the right thing to do. We would love to hear your thoughts on this topic. If you want to go over to our network, you can comment on podcast episodes over there.
