I love fitness & challenges (clearly) but there's a reason why. What we learn and how our capacity to receive more out of life grows as we accept these challenges are happening for us, and not too us.

We live in a digital world with automation, it's super helpful, but people are craving REAL human connection more than ever.

This is a segment from one of my VIP coaching calls with my clients where we dive deeper into our mindsets.

What we focus on is what we become.

When moving forward with goals, we cant just do the physical work, the mental work has to be done too. This is one thing we must do in order to progress positive change

I'm sure you've experienced a time where you shared a dream or idea with someone and you didn't get the response back from them the way you expected. There are times when you are being rooted in the truth of your authenticity that you will need to protect your dreams from those who don't see like you do. You will also need to protect your dreams from the false self that is being extracted while you are realizing your true authenticity.

Have you ever thought, "how will I stand out?" or "How will I ever make a difference?" It's not an uncommon thought or worry, but the answer lies within yourself. It's You being truly you that will make the difference or help your business stand out!

Community increases our success in our health and fitness journey, but often we get caught up in how we define community. Whether its hundreds of people, or just 1, you are involved in community. You also can be involved in community unintentionally.

There is no striving in being your self, but we've become professionals at being someone we're not. A mindset switch needs to take place for inner transformation to happen. A focus from all the things we aren't suppose to do, to a focus on all the things I AM.

I see us all having much more success this year when we shift from a "no vow" mindset, to a "yes covenant" with who we truly are. It's a change of view that I believe will yield great success in and for us.
