This week I began reading Will Smith's New book titled "Will" From the first chapter there a concept of laying 1 perfect brick he heard from his father that has stayed with him through his life and career. Having to build a brick wall as a young child and just being overwhelmed and a child that just wants to go play and not spend all summer building this wall. His father came up to him once and told him Not to focus on the wall. You just have to lay 1 perfect brick, then you grab another and lay another perfect brick. It is just like focusing on 1 step and not being overwhelmed by your gigantic goals for life.
