Previously I quoted her wrong and although it may seem like a small detail, changing the tense of the words reveals the empathy she had with the family.   Be with your clients, understand where they are, empathize.

Sonnenberg Florence - sometimes gets the label at home of being impatient and sassy - Irony - what she may often feel seen for in the midst of 4 kids is motivated by what she is known for. Florence’s labels - Creative, Courageous, Safe, Confident, Helper, Loving, joyful, Flourishing, Builder, Generous.   Sassy -She sees the greater good (confident, trying to help, trying to give generously), Impatient - knows what is really happening (confident, courageous, builder and flourishing)   What are you known for?  What are you seen for? More importantly, how can you help translate some of the ‘not so savory’ behaviors of others to a positive intention?
