In this episode I have a very candid conversation about my Uncle (my dad's youngest brother) who passed from HIV/AIDS. Although a very tough story to retell my father has given me a piece of family history about a great man that I will never forget. Its so crazy how life turns out. 6 months ago you said this very thing and now I'm in a different space stepping away from hair and deeper into my purpose. The power of speaking life into people is so crucial. So going back to listen to these words truly makes me grateful for the journey. Thank you Sentient Future!

As I get ready for our favourite time Mercury Retrograde I wanted to leave you with words of encouragement. I understand this time is a trying time for many, but embrace the difficult so your harvest can be simple. Release, recharge, and recover. I've struggled with lying for a huge majority of my life. Being imaginative as a child, but not having a real outlet to express led to me wrapping that imagination with lies, deception, and secrets. As I learn about myself the very things that were once natural no longer fits with who I am and what I want out of life. When you know better you don't always do better, but when you want it you will do better with your actions. So here I am righting my wrongs and moving forward.
