The word of God is the never changing source to know God and his will for us. Follow after the word.

Faith is being convinced that God is true. Believing the word of God over thoughts, feelings, sight, or any other thing that may contradict God and His word.

Situations do not change God and his worthiness to be praised and honored. His favor toward us doesn't change based on circumstances. In all times in everything praise God. Pr

Jesus paid the price for salvation. We are redeemed by his blood. The work we do is because of the change in us. We do not work for favor or to impress God. Only by the change he wrought in us can we do anything.

The children of Israel could not enter in to the rest of God because of unbelief. Faith in Jesus and salvation through him alone will let us enter into the Rest of God. To cease all our works to obtain salvation. Eternal Salvation is through and by Jesus Christ and him alone. Rest in him.

Through the work of Jesus Christ Christians are made new. New in heart. New in Spirit. Righteous. Justified. This newness is not only God in us but a new us. New creature. New Creation. Newness of life. As someone who has given their life to Jesus you are not "A sinner saved by grace". Yes you were a sinner and you are saved by grace but now you are a Saint who has been washed clean of all sin and given the nature of God.
