We had the honor of sitting down with black belt and jiu jitsu legend, Felicia Oh. She was amongst the first women to receive a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the U.S. We talked about her journey throughout the sport, and she fell back in love with jiu jitsu after taking a break for several years.

Rhodes Faraday is a blue belt from 10th Planet Austin, TX and the Onnit Academy; she opened up to us about how jiu jitsu saved her life. After years of struggling within herself, and various forms of medication; jiu jitsu gave her her life back.

Ilima-Lei Macfarlane is a Bellator fighter and jiu jitsu competitor, and on July 30th, she will be one of the first of four ladies in the inaugural all-female EBI Combat Jiu Jitsu card which will air live on UFC Fight Pass.

Demian Maia, is a Jiu Jitsu and MMA legend, and the #1 contender in the UFC Welterweight division. The next time we see him in the Octagon he will be fighting for the championship belt.

Rose Gracie was born into jiu jitsu royalty, and has lived her life surrounded by jiu jitsu. Over the years, she's worked to build the sport through events like Gracie Tournaments. She was also at the forefront of the Submission Only movement, which continues to become more and more popular every day.

Bre Stikk is a jiu jitsu purple belt and a member of the US Grappling World Team. She will be competing in Baku, Azerbaijan in October.
