He is the owner and managing director of a small chain of pharmacies in South Wales, and also the founder of the PMR platform PharmacyX. Mayberry also founded online pharmacy PillTime, and is a founder and director of Cambrian Alliance, a UK-wide buying group serving 1,200 independent pharmacies. He has also developed eCASS, a buying cascade to optimise medicine purchasing. He previously was vice chairman of Community Pharmacy Wales and served on the Welsh Pharmaceutical Committee that advised the Welsh health minister. Mayberry is currently spearheading a project with the Welsh government and The Bevan Commission to design the community pharmacy of the future in Wales.

With a background in both community and hospital pharmacy, I am passionate about medicines optimisation, multidisciplinary teamwork, and empowering the next generation of pharmacy professionals.
