Austin thrives because of its bars, restaurants, and attractions. One of the biggest unsung heroes are the people who work behind the scenes in the service industry. Last week I was on the How May We Service You? Podcast (which is live from Oilcan Harry's) to talk shop and gossip with hosts Texas De La Rosa and Gina Rae.  They came by my studio to give you a little preview of what the podcast is all about!
