In this episode, Joshua explains that fear is not a stop sign but a threshold: expansion and becoming are always accompanied by fear because fear marks the edge of growth. Control is fear-based and inherently limiting; nothing desired is accessed through control. True freedom is recognizing you’ve always been free and that limitation is self-imposed through false beliefs. When fear is treated as evidence of expansion rather than proof of danger, it will be much easier to act on inspiration. The Freedom Project begins with a technique called Perspective Mapping. It's a process where the person fills out a series of ten surveys related to all areas of their life. Then they have a call with Gary to identify key belief structures that generate their current perspective. Finally they have a spirit guide reading with Christy. This is the most fasinating part of this process. In this episode you will hear exactly what Renee and Crstal's spirit guides told each of them in preparation for their Freedom Project experience. We tend to believe that surrendering means giving up. But in spiritual terms, surrender is the greatest power. Instead of fighting against what is happening, you choose a higher perspective and begin to flow effortlessly in each moment. This is the most powerful stance you can take.
