Now the Legislature has responded with Colorado House Bill 26-1430 bill that would significantly restructure transportation funding and reduce key user-based revenue streams contingent upon passage of a that ballot measure. They want to REDUCE the amount of money going to transportation JUST TO SCREW VOTERS WHO WANT THEIR ROADS FIXED.
