Raising the rates of your service serves as a reflection of what your establishment represents. Rent, utilities and other factors increase in price over time. Equipment upgrades, additional staffing and future plans begin to come into play as your business grows older. Then you begin to ask yourself, is the answer just to bring in more people and more people? Volume works well in the short term, but can really hurt your business if this is your only solution. More people = more equipment and more staff. After awhile, your members will not enjoy the extra crowd. The only viable solution is to make sure your price is a direct reflection of your service.
