The Best in Soca & Dancehall for 2016, Your Soundtrack to Miami Carnival

These are some vintage mixes I made as a teen using all Vinyl. (Serato didn't exist, shit I didn't even own a laptop!) Everything was done raw, recorded straight to a tape deck or mini disc. No editing, no mess ups allowed, everything done in one take! (Although I did just add some drops before uploading.) Back in these days I went by the alias Sir Laurence. Since then I have evolved into the one Chyn. Wonder that you now know. The name change came about as I came into adulthood and wanted my heritage to be more evident and clear. But don't get it twisted, I'm still UK born so Sir Laurence will always suit me!
