Berlin-based, Irish artist, KASK, releases his debut EP on Xelima Records, consisting of 4 original compositions which explore the themes of adventure, storytelling, hypnotic tension and dystopian release. Accompanied by 4 remixes from artists Ôneyra, Franco Rossi, Anteac & Pharmacy, taking each track in a different direction. This theme, running alongside the separate nature of each track, acts as a symbol for the different choices we make in the lives that grant us endless possibilities.

The 299th edition of the Four Four Local Selection is coming in hot from Dublin-based multi-instrumentalist, DJ and producer Ali PJ. This contribution is a fine showcase of the upcomers' refined taste, which incorporates bustling house-oriented basslines and uplifting, playful vocals throughout. With a relatively short period of time, Ali PJ has made a strong mark through her involvement in Dublin's electronic dance music scene. She first gained attention following a standout DJ set on RTÉ 2FM’s The Bunker Sessions late last year, and steadily built on that momentum with appearances at a range of venues including Tengu, Index, and The Workman's Club. For the next instalment of the Local Selection, we’re pleased to welcome Sligo-born, Manchester-based DJ, producer and promoter Nestor to the series. This week’s entry to the Local Selection Mix comes from OneCanChan, who delivers an hour of chugging, Italo-kissed, acid-drenched jackin’ house, an invitation into their expansive, dancefloor-driven world. A Dublin-based DJ with Chinese roots, OneCanChan’s musical aesthetic is shaped by years spent working in record stores, digging deep across prog house, acid, breaks, and global sounds. They also co-run Shimmer Dublin, an open DJ and arts collective fostering community and creativity in the city. POSER is the electronic music moniker of Irish producer and DJ Adam Kelly, who has quickly emerged as one of the most promising names across the UK and Irish electronic scenes in recent years. Drawing influence from disco, hip-hop, house and modern club sounds, his output balances groove-led energy with an emotive edge. After cutting his teeth in Dublin’s dance music community, Adam discovered a deeper passion for production during lockdown. His debut single, ‘Je T’aime’, landed in June 2022 and picked up early support from BBC Radio 1 tastemaker Jaguar.
