Schlereth And Evans

For the fourth and final hour of the day on Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, The guys play some insulting sound bites from The Minesota Timberwolves post game where Jayden McDaniels calls the entire Nuggets team bad defenders.  Mike heard some comments from Jared Bednar about leaving the door open to playing multiple Goalies in the playoffs and Mark is now convinced they will start Mackenzie Blackwood tonight in game two versus the LA Kings.   

In hour three of Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, Mike Stoke and Stink take a look at previous Stanley Cup winners to see how many of them had a Goalie rotation not caused by injury, with Jared Bednar leaving the door open to playing two guys over the course of the Stanley Cup Playoffs the guys are a little concerned.  We also break down the previous night’s loss to The Minesota Timberwolves and get into some “bulletin board material” given to the Nuggs by forward Jayden McDaniels calling all of their players bad defenders.   

For the second hour of Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, The guys get angry at The Minnesota Timberwolves forward Jayden McDaniels who called every player on the Nuggets a bad defender and speculate how The Nuggs will react to his comments as “bulletin board material”.  Jared Bednar had some comments on the Avs goaltending and who may be in net from game to game.  And the guys finish out the hour with “what’s trending” getting into The Avs and Nuggs in the playoffs and who The Broncos may be looking to draft in the second and third rounds.   

In the first hour of Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, Mike and Stoke lament the Nuggets loss to the Timberwolves and break down some of the biggest reasons why they lost.  The Avalanche get set for game two in the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs against The LA Kings, and the guys get into the matchup and what might happen going forward for The Avs in goal.  We then welcome in 9News Broncos Insider Mike Klis to discuss The Broncos Draft plans involving Running Backs, Tight Ends and potentially Defensive Linemen.

For the fourth and final hour of Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, we welcome in a very special guest to the studio Frank Caliendo!  Frank does a great job keeping the show off the rails by continuously smearing Zach Bye in four or five different voices.  The guys get into The Nuggets playoff matchup against The Timberwolves and Frank reads a beautiful letter written by Bo Nix to his baby daughter in the voice of Morgan Freeman set to the incredible hulk piano music. And the fellas close out the hour by predicting The Broncos draft accompanied by Frank doing Mel Kiper Jr and if The Nuggets and Avs should have a joint parade featuring Frank as Charles Barkley.
