She has responsibility for working with officials at the federal, state and local levels to develop responsible public policy that protects consumers and businesses. She is also responsible for working with Duke Energy’s international interests on energy initiatives for broad-reaching policy positions with stakeholder organizations. Hilda has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry and has held a variety of leadership roles. She has been an officer since 1998 .
