Hilda Pinnix-Ragland is vice president of corporate public affairs forDuke Energy. She has responsibility for working with officials at the federal, state and local levels to develop responsible public policy that protects consumers and businesses. She is also responsible for working with Duke Energy’s international interests on energy initiatives for broad-reaching policy positions with stakeholder organizations.
