My son and I went on a 2.50 mile run and bike ride in the pouring rain. I want thank my son for being the warrior he is about the discipline to training. My young man allowed me to make a deposit into my mental bank.

Several years ago a good friend taught me a lesson about not giving up on anything and asking for help until someone tells you No. It goes back to a philosophy of never quit and never be denied.

There exist 2% of Men who do not shed tears in the midst challenges. We are the 2% who are in place when duty calls. We will shed tears a 1000 years from now.

Anytime someone ask you if you have any weaknesses, they really want to see if there is a crack in your armor. Well ......we do not have any weaknesses only strengths.

Often having a high degree of integrity and honor in today’s world makes life difficult professionally and personally. DON’T CHANGE!!! You will be rewarded with something more valuable than money.

I did not get the meaning of George Bernard Shaw’s quote when I was young. But, as the socio- political and technological environment goes through changes.. the unreasonable men are Heroes and Kingz.

I contemplated leaving the Fitness profession and not renewing my certification. But, I have had some great conversations and I heard a short clip of a Mike Rashid interview. It is time to elevate the mental mindset of the profession.
