On this day my son was born. But, he has blessed me with taking my philosophies and taking them to another level. I never want to be comfortable....and discipline and small wins will be the key. Ten Toes Down.

My children have watch me train, teach and coach health and fitness to others. But, they have also been a witness to my own training and discipline about life. My son has regimen that is just as intense and demanding as mine. So, I ask my son his health, fitness and discipline why?

This date one year ago I was preparing to have the best year....but, a little thing call Covid19 interrupted that plan. Not complaining!! There are families that wished they had there family members back with them. Thank the Higher Powers you get another day.

We are not living a new normal. This universe is in a paradigm shift. It is like musical chairs and in the end how you decide to live honorable or dishonorable will determine if you are remembered or forgotten.

I refuse to be negative these last three months of this year going into year 2021. I have a lot to be Thankful for, starting with the ability to be Ten Toes Down. Change your attitude and mindset.

All you have is your health & wellness. At the end of the day, no one can stop the clock....you can only slow it down.

We are in the midst of uncertainty, not because of mother of nature. But, it is due to a lack of leadership and the worst kind of virus there is ..... the human virus.

The lines between civility and savagery have always been blurred. However, if you are a sheep you just might be a savage?

Today was a day of great conversations about marriage, relationships between the sexes and my generation is the bridge between the pursuit of purpose or the sacrifice of ones gifts.

Books & Iron is the fuel and essence of Heroes & Kingz. So, I felt that the title of the podcast and the message I wanted to send had to connect. Books & Iron is what I was built on and what I am made of.

There is a narrative being shared throughout the different media platforms that there are some men who are scared of the current chaos in the world. No, there are quite a few of us in the world who do not fear anything.

One day I had some choice words for a tailgater and my 4 year old repeated every word at the daycare. A seismic moment about accountability and selfishness.

There is a unnatural order that has been operating on this planet for too long. The logical and illogical, the lies and the truth. What is clear is honor, right, character and a standard of humanity. The standard is unbreakable.

This world is at a crossroads, but Covid19, the death of Ahmad Arbery and now George Floyd will not stop us from doing the right thing, be the greatest human beings and achieving Greatness.
