  • QOTW: How Do I Run a Great Meeting?

    24/09/2019 Duração: 10min

Asked to give a talk about this 1Q20 on this topic this week...so thought I'd start putting some of my pet peeves and rants down here. CAUTION: I HAVE VERY STRONG OPINIONS (and a lot of pet peeves) when it comes to effectively running meetings. Give a listen, and yes - I have a tone here - but it's only because I'm sensitive to your time, and I want everyone, myself included - to run some great, efficient meetings out there! Friends don't let friends run crappy, inefficient meetings that could have been an email.

    20/09/2019 Duração: 05min

Friday AGAIN!!!! We won by making it!

  • Let's talk about the P Word

    17/09/2019 Duração: 06min

The P word here is perfection. I'm not a fan of that word. The good enough is the enemy of perfection....and as an entrepreneur and person who gets stuff done, good enough is usually good enough for me. But I AM a fan of perfection when it comes to resumes. Today, I share yet another blunder from Dr. Albert and how you can be better than Dr. A when it comes to developing your own resume. That, and I can spell H-E-A-L-T-H-C-A-R-E. REALLY! :D  And don't forget World Patient Safety Day is today!
