Hi, Wigs! Austin Powers finally got the answer to his burning question and as it turns out, it's Cardi B. As usual we consume and digest all the garbage juice of the week so you don't have to! From the Saturday Night Smackdown heard around the world to Les Moonves (GTFO) to the pastor who decided that there's never a wrong time to grope. We gotta be honest, this week's garbage juice was much more stank than usual. But don't worry because after all that, you can sink your teeth into an Italian feast-inspired Troll Patrol. Wigs! We're back! It's been a long hot summer and we know we've been away a while, but fear not because you've got a long one (almost two hours!) on your hands (that's what he said). This week is very special because we got to interview last year's Miss America contestant who stole the entire show with her charm, confidence and killer sax rendition of Beyonce's "Listen" that took our breath away. She's got lots to share about her life, the state of "Miss America 2.0" and Beyonce, of course. We also pop our corks over everything that sucked in August including, jerks like Elon Musk, Louis CK, Alex Jones and... Johnny Depp (actually he had a pretty decent week, tbh). Fear not though because between Katie's effervescent attitude and lots of wigs to flip we'll send you into Labor Day weekend feeling fab af! Plus, loads of fun Wigs to flip over a whole bunch of new movies and shows to keep you busy no matter where your heat wave is currently keeping you locked inside, face-first into an A/C. Sorry we're a little late this week, Wigs. It's only because we have the story of the century and it took this long to get it right. It involves two gay swans from Vienna and a plastic cup and truly, it's a LOT. But you'll have to get through a whole lot of corks to earn it. This week, Lindsay goes deep, really deep, on Oceans 8. And in the midst of it all, Paul discusses toxic masculinity, 50 Cent, Jurassic World, Floyd Mayweather AND Sarah Huckabee Sanders. While Lindsay talks shit about Oceans 8. And don't worry, if you don't want it spoiled, there's a spoiler alert right at the moment she loses her mind. But you really, really shouldn't care. We've also got a second opinion and lots of Wigs, including Paul's assessment of Bey's new album (featuring Jay Z) that goes on about as long as Lindsay's Oceans tirade. We've got a gagworthy final four for season ten of RuPaul's Drag Race, so we had to tell you ALL our thoughts before this week's reunion and next week's grand finale! Toss anotha' Wig on the Barbie, mates, because we're going down under this week. Not literally because we barely have the budget to go to Trader Joe's, but we did do an Itch Scratch on a seminal comedic film franchise that you might not realize is a seminal comedic film franchise. We also pop our corks over Pete & Ariana's engagement, horrific movie talkers, Billy McFarland and the return of 60 Seconds of Scorched Earth! Everything, as always, ends on a happy note though; we flip our wigs over The Artist Way, Killing Eve, Camila Cabello and a number of pop culture contributions from real life Stans that must be addressed and honored! Y'all are so creative out there! So, as long as the world keeps burning, you keep that Wice nice and frosty cold. This is Wigs & Wice!

Hi, Wigs! This week's episode runs a little long, but it's only because we care. And Roseanne got cancelled. And we had 3/4 of a bottle of rose. And sex robots. And Drake has baby mama beef. And Westworld doesn't make sense. And Lindsay delivers a Dickensian Troll Patrol. And then, we still had to make room for flipped wigs and those are just as high volume! From an outstanding Korean horror movie to an epic podcast recommendation to new jams and a plea for sponsorship from ANY WINE STORE THAT WILL TAKE US, life's not as bad as it may seem. Even with Kim Kardashian in the White House. Oof, that one's hard to swallow. Pour yourself an extra half a glass and settle in, Wigs. Thanks for listening! 

Wigs! It's royal wedding weekend! Do you have the fever? Yeah, neither do we. But we do want to talk about the Markles because they are Making England Great Again™. Also, we have some thoughts on Nev Schulman, the Tim Hortons Pooper®, Lil Tay (she back) and the worst douchebag from Texas (which is saying something), Blake Farenthold. But there's also this dude in our Troll Patrol who's pretty awful. AND Laurel and/or Yanny, depending on how you swing. Guys, things are still not great. Except our Wigs! We're snatched about an important new HBO doc, the Golden State Killer arrest, a brilliant Netflix comedy special and a tragic drunken Whitney Houston mistake Paul will never make again.  Eh, let's get real, he'll probably make it again in a week. Wigs, things are confusing. You know this. We know this. We don't know how to fix it, but every single day, we strive to speak more eloquently about it. Because none of these fools we're talking about are going to. It's official, our podcast is working. Beyonce streamed her glorious conquest of the Coachella festival and our wigs can never be snatched in the same way again. Unfortunately, Paul also has a very real hangover and it made us both a lil punchy. Our targets? Tristan Thompson, Karl Lagerfeld, Louis CK, the permit offices of Connecticut and Amazon for spending far too much money on Hobbits. But there is a Troll Patrol Dispatch and so many Wigs to flip.
