Since I don't write much, I guess you can call this an Audio Blog post. Golden State Warriors pulled it of in 6 like most predicted. Congratulation to the whole and especially to my "hometown Hero Draymond Green for putting in the work and having it pay off. Now what? I jump into what will stop this from being a rematch next year. From where I sitting at this current time, not much. Couple with those takes is the reporting Lil Wayne signing a deal with Jay-Z. Not Roc Nation but with Tidal as a part owner. Could this be the first step? July 4th could really have some fireworks if we get "Free Weezy". Definitely a name not to sleep on.

Hey its that time again. We have some new friends on the podcast this week. I have KC and Chris Lehman from BlackisOnline.com. On the site they leave no subject off the table from the bevy of podcast they offer. Some infrequent and a few mainstays they touch on music, sports, entertainment, relationships and the list goes on, in my own words, all from the perspective that it is different to be black in America. Why KC and Chris? I had the husband and wife team on podcast to help with the transition of #DaRundown Sports will be making that to the #DaRundown South and if you wonder why the name change, stayed tuned you will surely find out why. You can count on having more entertainment laced discussion as well going to that uncomfortable subject of social matters. We will still have sports though. On this holiday special edition of the #DaRundown Sports podcast, I got in a conversations with the homey J. Hicks on Twitter about Matthew Dellave-"diver" getting tangled up with Al Horford. J is a Cavs fan and I am down here caping for the hometown Hawks so both sides of the fence are represented. Three points on that topic. Should Al Horford been ejected? Why was Dellavedova hit with the technical foul? Is Delly in any way a dirty player? Instead of spending all those characters on it, I thought it be better served as a podcast. This week on the podcast I have J. Hicks from the Hip-Hop Sports Report. As you can see J and I have a lot in common. So after keeping some tabs on him I decided to have him on. Between the two we cover a lot. We jump all in with the NBA playoffs. He is a Cleveland Cavaliers fan and as you I am in Atlanta so there was plenty to speak on. We go into "The Tebow Effect", Mayweather Pacquiao, his piece Mike Tyson and Tiger Woods comparison, and 2015 HIp-Hop so far. Wudup people? #DRDS is back with a new episode. On this edition we are joined by Sekou Smith NBA.com's Hangtime Blog.He also host a podcast with Lang Whitaker and Rick Fox with the same name. Sekou spent time as an Atlanta Hawks beat writer for the AJC and now covers the whole league. Feels great to be dropping a fresh new episode for the first time since December. I had to get some things in order but #DRDS back up and will try hard to go hard every week. This week I bring on Nadine Liverpool bka Naynay from Sportsnaytion.com. I spoke with the former UAB soccer player and graduate about her recent trip to NBA All-Star Weekend, I check in on her preseason NBA predictions at this point in the season and ask her about her hometown of Toronto. As an added bonus I did figure out if your from Toronto your pretty much a couple degrees of separation from Drake.

On this episode I have Dawn Belise from Delights By Dawn, who sells alcohol infused cupcakes at every Falcons home game. An early season hit, we discovered her initially in the preseason and even caught the attention of Keith Olbermann of ESPN. We follow up with a brief chat with Dave Choate of the SB Nation blog The Falcoholic. We preview the game with the Cleveland Browns and look into the Falcons road to saving the jobs of Mike Smith and Thomas Dimitroff.

Keith is a former writer at one of my favorite sites from early internet days, Allhiphop.com. I orginally called him to kick off our Hip-Hop blog premiering. Our conversation was so great it went much longer then we usually go. So I had to bust it up in a few pieces. In this edition we hit more on sports namely the Ray Rice NFL hot water, when is it not ok to be a bandwagon fan, and the Twitter Racial Draft that appeared out of nowhere.

Everyone got caught with Donte "Cupcake" Rumph on Hard Knocks and those Keith Olberman slammed cupcakes at the Georgia Dome Down here in the south the Saints vs. Falcons is as real as it gets when it comes to rivalry. Even though it doesn't get the respect it deserves nationally, its still a must watch on Week 1. To do it properly I brought a couple of guys to represent each side of the equation.
