Crypt Of The Macabre

We had some really, really great films to review this time. Join us as we discuss Asylum, Night of the Eagle, and even a few Spanish films; Tombs of the Blind Dead.   Music by Cathedral and Supertramp? Whatever.

Here it is! In this episode we award the first ever Slimy Limey. We also discuss our updated top 10 lists. Brian joins us for the entire episode via Skype. We tried to get Eric on as well, but Jim is just too stupid to figure it all out. A big thanks to both of these fellows for joining us. We had a damn fine time.

Hello, Friends! Welcome to episode 12. As usual, we talk all things British horror and then some. Ryan's been watching lots of horror movies and gives a rundown during the Macabre Minute. We have a nice little discussion on Blu-ray, DVD, and VHS, and we also talk about Tales from the Crypt and "Alucard" 1972. We don't have any homework this month because we'll be awarding the prestigious Slimy Limey awards and revisiting our top-10 lists during episode 13. We DO need you to hop over to the blog and vote for your favorite film of the year though. We end the episode with Stoneground. Very sorry.

A while ago when we added more storage to our Libsyn account, we ended up dumping ep. 1 and it was nowhere to be found. We here in the Crypt feel that this is an essential episode, so we signed a huge recording contract and spent months in God City Studios with Kurt Ballou re-recording and re-mastering this fantastic podcast. We are very proud to post it for you today. Guys, we are really sorry about the sound on this one. It's bad. We need to thank our friend John from the Burnt Weiners podcast for helping us out to try and fix it, but even his expertise couldn't repair the mistakes that we made during recording.
