Currently residing in Boulder, CO, Jay is responsible for managing sponsorship relationships with more than 400 teams, organizations and athletes. He has worked for many triathlon and endurance companies including Rudy Project, Base Performance, and XTERRA wetsuits. Besides industry experience, he is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach and the head official for Latin American IRONMAN races. He is also a past race director for the Triathlon Club of San Diego and has been competing in triathlons since 2009. Jay does it all!

    Most people are lucky if they succeed at one discipline. For Jason Fowler, he’s defied the odds—twice. At the young age of 10, Jason was already a nationally ranked amateur motocross racer. Elliot recently tackled the Everesting challenge on Zwift, climbing 29,029 feet in a single ride. Colin celebrated the summer solstice with a LONG day in the saddle. He completed the "6 Gaps" ride in Vermont, which included just over 130 miles of heat and hills! One of the gaps included the steepest one-mile paved gradient in North America! He had to fight many battles throughout the year including knee surgery and a cancer scare, but managed to get to the start line in great form, spirits, and ready to take on this memorable day.
