Michelle talks a lot about Joseph Smith, and some examples from his life that help us put our ideas and thoughts into actions, and how the Lord can help us better when we are willing to act on our promptings. Shea talks about leading by example, and how to help your children chose the right, rather than making them do it. Aubrey shares some personal experiences of when she struggled deeply with postpartum depression and being suicidal, which is what led her to start her private Facebook group for moms and her blog. She talks about how her blog was very therapeutic for her and helped her feel like she had a voice, when at the time she felt very isolated. She talks about her struggle to love motherhood, and things she does to get through the harder times.
