In this episode of the #ActingRealtor podcast, I finish up my run of Evita at the Broadway Theatre of Pitman on Sunday and start my full-time employment at Sight & Sound with a three-show day on Columbus Day. I then spend a day off with my kids and take a trip to the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles, where I find myself in the right place at the right time to assist an elderly lady who fell ill.

What I was told when I got into Real Estate is that you need to spend two hours a day on the phone with your sphere of influence, asking them for referrals...begging essentially. But we couldn't let them know that we were begging, Oh no. We had to be "providing value." That's why they have scripts. So you can dupe your friends and family into listening to your sales pitch. So you can cleverly overcome their objections because you know that they REALLY want to help you grow your business.

I also get invited back to audition for Evita at Broadway Theatre of Pitman one last time, all while trying to tie up many different loose ends so that I can officially go "off the grid" during my upcoming vacation.
