Lockey explains why writing her memoir was instrumental in her healing and how discovering yoga allowed her to transform her life. In her book, A Girl Raised by Wolves, Lockey writes of her past where she was neglected, abused and sold into sex trafficking by her father. Her mother was murdered and the case remains unsolved. Lockey talks about how sharing her story allowed her to heal from trauma. Yoga became a source of healing both physically and emotionally after breast cancer treatment and she talks about how the transformation occurred. Lockey also shares lessons learned as a yoga instructor for incarcerated men. She encourages everyone to find their own ways to share the stories that have caused trauma in their lives.

A major learning point was that you shouldn't create something when you're not in a high vibe state, but don't wait until that state comes to you; make the high vibes come to you by generating your own energy. Next month, Sam and Kathy will continue their book tour in LA where they'll be throwing a Badassery Party. They'll be teaching parts of the book and, of course, have a DJ, dancing, and drinks!
