22/09/2020 Duração: 16minIn my last coaching session with my client Tracie, said, “I don’t feel amazing.” She had felt amazing on every call for all of our sessions. Till now. She was sure something had gone wrong. She thought now that she learned my tools, nothing would shake her again. She was mistaken. Life is just like that. Her body wasn’t behaving the way she wanted it too. I think she might have been suffering more from her own thoughts than her own physical discomfort. When our session ended, she understood a new concept that was most important. Even when something happens that you don’t like, it’s still ok. I share with you an incident with my husband, Michael, and eating watermelon, what I noticed and my aha moment. We have really been enjoying watermelon this summer, and we’re coming towards the end of the season.
