In this episode Dark Mark introduces a new segment called "course cutters of the week". You don't want to miss it. Next, Ben gives a brief state of the union regarding all things TRS, including the spin-off of the TRS forum and new direction for the main website.  Finally, Ben interviews Colin Hackett an age-group athlete from Edmonton, Alberta. At one point Colin was 325 lbs and ashamed to take his shirt off by the pool. In the next 6 years, he completed 7 Ironman triathlons including Ironman Arizona where he went sub 12 at 250lbs. Weeks before his 8th Ironman, he was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and given 2 years to live.
