Acts: Follow Me Pastor Mitch Corea, Student Ministries Near the end of Acts chapter 2, we read of 3,000 new believers being saved and baptized. The obvious question one must ask when first professing faith in Jesus is: What now? It's assumed that our life will change when choosing to follow Jesus, but how? What does that mean? Today we take a look at what the apostles did with these new believers in the early church and how it is modeled after what Jesus had done with them during His earthly ministry. June 26th, 2022 - Having a Theology of Suffering: The Path through the Greatest Distraction Pastor Michael Lodge Jesus warned the disciples that life would not be easy and there would be trials and tribulation.  In His final moments with the disciples, Jesus wanted to warn them of the greatest distraction that could cause them to fall away from everything He desired for them.  Jesus wanted them to know that the promise was not to avoid suffering in life but that He would be with them in the midst of their suffering.  Does your suffering cause you to fall away from Jesus?  What if your suffering could cause you to fall into His joy and peace?
