Pastor Michael Lodge We face difficult questions in our world today. What do we do?  Where do we go? How do I live in a world that is in conflict with God's truth?  We are not the first to wrestle with these questions.  We have generations of believers that have helped answer and give us a model on how to hold fast to these answers in the midst of great weariness.  Take comfort!  We can fix our eyes on Jesus and trust Him to lead us to the right answers. To do this, we need to understand the keys needed to become more mission-minded. 1) Embrace God’s heart for World Missions. 2) See that the fields are ripe for harvest. 3) Mobilize both people and resources for the unfinished task. 4) Be committed to release and support missionaries both locally and internationally. 5) Be committed to completing the task of the Great Commission. 6) Ask God for a new release of pioneer missionaries to be sent out. Pastor Michael Lodge How solid is the foundation of your life?  Every house has to have a solid foundation!  And the same is true for the foundation of our life.  The world gives us several options to build our foundation with.  However, Jesus calls us to make His words the foundation for everything for our lives!  The only thing that can fix our broken lives is finding Jesus through His Word.  We need a Word-Centered life as the solution for our broken lives. Pastor Michael Lodge Is my faith only individual and are groups optional?  That’s a question that frames much of our life experience in Jesus.  In Acts we find only 16 verses that describe the first 14 years of Paul’s new life in Jesus.  These 16 verses created the foundation for the next 10 years of Paul’s life on the road.  In these first 16 verses Paul gives a face to the 10,000 unnamed early converts.  How were these converts cared for and discipled?  How did what Paul experienced frame how Paul set up the early church to explode with growth?  The answer to all of these questions is the necessary shift from ‘me’ to ‘we’. Pastor Michael Lodge 2000 years ago Jesus didn't intend to "start" a new religion.  He brought humanity into a new reality.  Instead of focusing on changing the world Jesus focused on changing a group of men that would change the world.  Jesus started a movement that would redefine reality forever.  We are here because of that movement.  So let's see the movement so we can step into the movement with Jesus. Pastor Michael Lodge God did not make us to be hoarders of His grace storing His blessings away in buckets.  If we understand and deeply experience His grace we find that we must become generous allowing His grace and blessings to overflow from our lives into others.  When we are generous we change the temperature of our life and experience a cycle of grace that changes the world.  We are made to live generously like Jesus!
