COVID-19 has highlighted a quiet epidemic in America. Loneliness.

God is teaching me to be more loving toward those with whom I disagree. We are called to love all... even when it's difficult!

You are His Beloved ChildEphesians 3 - 14 For this reason I kneel before the Father, 15 from whom every family[a] in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. Knowing our identity as IN CHRIST is essential to loving a life of joy and of power! Paul tells us that we have "redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of God's grace". Redemption is such a beautiful word! It means to buy back... to release from captivity... to rescue... It's so meaningful when you consider it in light of Genesis 3:10 where Adam responds to God... "I was afraid, because I was naked, so I hid". In one act of rebellion against God, FEAR, GUILT and SHAME became part of the human condition. But Redemption which both a present reality and a future hope reminds us that all that was lost and all that is broken will be restored one day!
