With Hell in a Cell on the horizon, Mazza, Maverick and Plan are back to take a look at some match-ups that should have taken place within the demonic structure.  The guys cover all the eras in modern WWE history as they send pairings into the steel mesh.  Who could have benefitted from a cell match in the current era?  What would be an alternative to the very first cell pairing of The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels?  What if the first cell match came five years earlier?  They look at some of the great rivalries and even some that never happened and imagine what they would have been like had they taken place in Hell in a Cell.

This week, The Doc is #ALLIN, which is to say that he is in a reflective mood following the success of arguably the biggest independent wrestling experiment in professional wrestling history; it was a big deal, and it deserves our attention.  Also on Doc's mind is the character dichotomy developing between Braun Strowman and The Shield; is this a clear cut case of WWE making everything about Roman Reigns or is this a better example of WWE putting its trust in the modern era and giving it the chance to figure things out at the main-event level after a part-timer dominated 18 months?  Finally, Doc ends his annual tradition of naming the Top 10 WWE stars of the Summerslam-to-Summerslam cycle using his WrestleMania Era-inspired formula.  Who made the cut?  Who topped the list?

Your X-Patriot, "XanMan" Shane Sebunia; your usual voice for New Japan Pro Wrestling on LOP Radio is now going to be on every Monday with his friend Jeff with a show focusing on Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling.  Shane was ALL IN this past weekend in Chicago while Jeff watched it live on Honor Club and they will discuss their individual perspectives of such great contests as Marty Scurll vs Kazuchika Okada, Kenny Omega vs. Pentagon, and Cody vs. Nick Aldis.  And, of course, the 6-Man main event of The Golden Elite taking on Rey Mysterio, Fenix, and Bandito.  Jeff thought Joey Janela would be killed by Shane's boy, Hangman Page, in the Chicago Street Fight.  Did it happen?  Tune in and find out.

On this week's show, Mazza, Plan and Maverick take a look at the recent IWC uproar surrounding Becky Lynch and Braun Strowman's apparent heel turns.  They take a deeper look at both individual cases with the surrounding circumstances and the strength of the stories.  The discuss where they could end up and also what could go wrong.  They also go back through history to look at similar examples and the consistencies with how these current arcs compare to those of yesteryear.

This week, The Doc is joined by LOP's Eternal Optimist, Dave Fenichel, to discuss the controversial Becky Lynch heel turn, the rumored card for the first all-women's pay-per-view in WWE, and the Road to WrestleMania 35 for the Smackdown main-event scene.  Spoiler, both are at least relatively high on the idea of self-righteous Becky, while maintaining an awareness of the potential problems on the horizon should Lynch be unable to gain acceptance as a villain; and both are on board with the concept of Miz vs. Bryan for the WWE Title at WrestleMania, while each maintain a healthy skepticism that the feud can be extended for that long.  Also, Doc welcomes Fenichel's thoughts on the Wrestlers of the Month and the Match of the Month for August.

It's that time again! The nostalgia train is rolling and your pals Steven Bell and Samuel 'Plan are jumping aboard. Our destination this time around? January of 1994 and the WWF Royal Rumble. One of the more pivotal events in the New Generation, the '94 Rumble laid the groundwork for some of the most impactful and long lasting feuds of the era. From The Undertaker vs Yokozuna in a legendary Casket match for the WWF Championship to a controversial Royal Rumble ending that is still discussed to this day, all the way to the great debate over who, exactly, screwed who? Bret or Owen? Did Bret deserve to have his leg kicked out of his leg? Sam and Steven will DEFINITELY be debating that final one and discussing much, much more as they sink their teeth into what is a personal favorite event for both. So join them and hold on tight as RetroShock heads back to the 1994 WWF Royal Rumble event!

This week, Mav and 'Plan are excited for the new era in WWE! With Brock Lesnar finally leaving, the product has been reborn, and the boys like what they see. They'll discuss the freshness at the top of the card on Raw, talk about why The Shield reformation actually feels like the purest version of The Shield since 2013, and get into the benefits of shared universe storytelling (it wouldn't be the Pond without it). Expect them to also cover the top of the Smackdown scene, including Joe and AJ and Miz and Bryan, and also some of what they liked on NXT Takeover: Brooklyn IV, before rounding off with some thoughts about what might happen in Melbourne and at Hell in a Cell. As always, there's banter aplenty!
