  • Israel Uncensored: Gazan Arabs Once Again Blame Hamas for Their Woes

    31/01/2022 Duração: 25min

While they might not have become Zionists, a group of Gazan Arabs has once again launched an anti-Hamas campaign, calling out their leadership for their difficult economic conditions. The group says that Hamas, and not Israel, is to blame for poverty, unemployment, and other difficulties in their lives. The activists are also taking Hamas leaders to task for lining their own pockets while also appeasing Iran, instead of taking care of those suffering under their rule. This story and all the news from Israel on this week's Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten. Photo Credit: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Map_of_the_Gaza_Strip_(including_checkpoints).svg

    25/01/2022 Duração: 35min

Expert Law Professor Abraham A. Sion has essentially worked since 1967 on studying the legal aspects of Israel’s presence in Judea and Samaria. Eve Harow discusses with him the meticulous research that went into the book, which refutes what much of the international community accepts as the “truth” of the Israel-Arab conflict. This new publication is an essential resource for anyone interested in the legal aspects of the last century in the Holy Land. Could the World be wrong? Oh, yes. In more ways than one.

  • Israel Uncensored: The World vs. The "Settlers"

    24/01/2022 Duração: 21min

On today's Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten, Josh says that the world community, mainstream media, and even the Israeli government turns a blind eye towards Arab initiated violence and provocations against the Jews of Judea and Samaria. When rare instances of violence are carried out by Jews, there are front page headlines, condemnations, and investigations, but the daily incidents of attempted murder - firebomb and rock attacks targeting Jewish motorists, are mostly ignored. • The Jewish Story : The Jewish Underground, pt 1

    23/01/2022 Duração: 44min

In politics as in physics - for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Menachem Begin's signing of the Camp David Accords did not produce a singular response, but it did send shock waves through every aspect of Israeli society. Among the idealists of the settlement movement, it birthed an underground element which felt called to continue the revolution which Begin himself had helped to forward. Fueled by redemptive visions, powerful personalities and practical pressures the action they take in response to Camp David will be explosive.

  • Rejuvenation: The Power of Symbolism

    18/01/2022 Duração: 33min

It’s been 2 years of little to no tourism to Israel and Eve Harow is anticipating a return to her beloved profession in the near future. In this podcast she gives a new perspective on Masada and its connection to Judean Balsam; this, and more, was the subject of her last seminar research paper. With her new Master’s Degree in Land of Israel Studies and Archaeology, she’s got so much to share and this is a glimpse of a deeper understanding of historical events and perhaps how - and why - they were interpreted in certain ways. And, oh, if your ears hurt (not from the podcast but really hurt) check if you have omicron. Yup, that’s what kept her out of Egypt. Next year in…. Elephantine Island. Photo Caption: Eve Harow on Masada at sunrise.

  • Israel Uncensored: Attack on Synagogue Jews Not Antisemitism?

    17/01/2022 Duração: 29min

In today's crazy world, an armed Muslim terrorist taking Jewish worshipers hostage during a Shabbat service in a synagogue isn't considered antisemitism. But that is the case, as US government authorities and various mainstream media outlets somehow questioned the intent of a terrorist who entered a Texas synagogue and took hostages this past Shabbat. On this week's Israel Uncensored, Josh Hasten breaks down the Texas attack and reminds Jewish communities all over the world to stage vigilant as hatred for the Jewish People runs wild, as it has for thousands of years.

  • Rejuvenation: The Conversion Controversy

    11/01/2022 Duração: 01h19min

Historian and Bar Ilan Associate Professor Rabbi Dr. Jeffrey Woolf joins Eve Harow to speak about the controversial legislation being drafted in Israel to return conversion authority to city and local rabbis and away from the centralized Chief Rabbinate. Religious Minister Matan Kahane has tread into the fray to try to solve the pressing issue of (mainly descendants of Russian immigrants) Israelis who are not Jews according to the accepted Orthodox framework. Rabbi Woolf is a judge on a conversion court and he backs the reforms, with reservations, but others do not and it’s unclear if they will pass given the divisive political atmosphere in the Knesset. No definitive answers but a thoughtful and informative discussion with a very learned individual, devoted to Torah and Judaism, who is not afraid to give his opinion on a sensitive topic. The newest webinar in the series; sponsored by One Israel Fund.

Listen to this week's show to hear how you can help support Jeremy and Ari leading up to the potential destruction of their crops. • Rejuvenation: Educating Towards Consent

    04/01/2022 Duração: 48min

Trauma expert Miriam Friedman joins Eve Harow to discuss the devastating issue that has rocked Israel for the last few weeks. The suicide of a prominent rabbi, therapist and children’s books author after myriad allegations of sexual abuse and pedophilia has led to many controversial and contradictory statements and actions by prominent persons. Survivors of abuse who have not yet shared their experiences are watching closely to see if they have the safety to expose their secrets, social consequences and shaming of the perpetrators be damned. Miriam explains that abuse is when a power differential is exploited and touching or sexual referencing is done, even if there’s no fighting back. She sees this as an opportunity for parents to enhance their relationship with their children by open talk, teaching them to learn to listen to their bodies in all situations and letting the child lead the conversations. Conservative societies of all types are more susceptible to these sociopaths but given that the vast major
